**Telecaller - Immigration Consultancy (Full-Time)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Making outbound calls**: Engaging with potential customers to promote products or services.
- **Handling inbound calls**: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- **Generating leads**: Identifying and qualifying potential customers for sales teams.
- **Following up with customers**: Maintaining contact to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- **Meeting sales targets**: Contributing to individual and team sales goals.

**Required Skills**:

- **Customer service skills**: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
