**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced **IELTS Trainer** who can effectively prepare students for IELTS Academic/General exams and also conduct **Spoken English classes** to improve their fluency, confidence, and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **IELTS Academic & General Training** sessions (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
- Design and deliver **Spoken English classes** focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
- Monitor student performance, provide feedback, and suggest improvement areas.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS test format, scoring patterns, and exam strategies.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Motivate and mentor students to achieve their target band scores and develop communication confidence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in English / Education / Linguistics).
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in IELTS training and/or Spoken English teaching.
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with IELTS exam structure, scoring system, and teaching resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle diverse groups of learners with patience and adaptability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
