**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Customer Service Field Team and Support Technicians
- Professionally handle customer calls and resolve complaints
- Coordinate with clients, the production team, and management
- Monitor Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) devices through dashboards, MIS, and web apps
- Plan replacements and maintenance for faulty devices

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline with a one-year computer diploma, or a Graduation in Computer Application.

**Experience**:

- 0 to 2 years of experience as an Operations Executive (Freshers are welcome to apply)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
