**The Role**:
We're seeking a results-oriented Senior SEO Executive to spearhead our organic search engine optimization (SEO) efforts. You'll leverage your 2+ years of experience to develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies that drive significant organic traffic growth, improve website visibility, and achieve our business goals.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies:
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords for targeted content creation.

Analyze website performance and identify areas for improvement through on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and competitor research.

Develop link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.

Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates from Google and other search engines.

2) Content Strategy and Optimization:
Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for target keywords and user intent.

Develop content calendars aligned with SEO goals and business objectives.

3) Technical SEO Expertise:
Identify and address technical SEO issues that hinder website crawling and indexing.

Work with developers to ensure proper technical implementation for optimal SEO performance.

Monitor website health and address crawl errors, broken links, and other technical problems.

4) Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Track key SEO metrics like organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and website engagement.

Analyze website data and generate comprehensive reports to measure SEO campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

Communicate SEO performance and insights effectively to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior SEO role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and website visibility.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Experience with Google Analytics and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for SEO and staying current with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Experience with local SEO, multi national SEO, and e-commerce SEO.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Experience with technical SEO audits and website migration projects.

**Work Hours**:
Monday to Friday : 9:30am to 7:00pm

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
