*Job Summary*:
As a Telesales Executive at Macherbs, you will engage with potential customers, educate them about our dietary supplements, and convert leads into sales. Your role is key to helping people achieve their health goals through our products.

*Key Responsibilities*:

- ⁠ ⁠Make outbound calls to prospects and explain product benefits.
- ⁠ ⁠Build relationships with customers and respond to inquiries.
- ⁠ ⁠Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- ⁠ ⁠Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

*Skills & Qualifications*:

- ⁠ ⁠Previous telesales or telemarketing experience (healthcare experience is a plus).
- ⁠ ⁠Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Goal-oriented and ability to meet sales targets.
- ⁠ ⁠Basic CRM and MS Office knowledge.

*Salary*: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

*Timing*: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7 days a week (4 rotational off-days)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
