Position Overview

The E-commerce Executive for Sweet Line will be responsible for developing and executing our online sales strategy, focusing on enhancing the brand's presence in the digital marketplace. This role combines a passion for sweets with marketing expertise to drive traffic, boost sales, and create delightful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- E-commerce Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and promote our sweet products.
- Website Optimization: Manage the Sweet Line website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
- Product Listings: Oversee product listings, ensuring high-quality images and compelling descriptions that highlight the unique aspects of our sweets.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website performance and sales metrics, utilizing tools like Google Analytics to inform strategies and optimize user experience.
- Inventory Coordination: Work with supply chain teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely fulfillment of sweet orders.
- Customer Engagement: Foster a strong online community through engaging content, promotions, and customer interaction to enhance brand loyalty.
- Collaboration: Partner with the marketing, creative, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive branding and smooth operational processes.
- Budget Management: Manage the e-commerce budget, tracking expenses to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the food or confectionery industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in e-commerce analytics tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms **Flipkart,Amazon** and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for sweets and understanding of consumer trends in the confectionery market.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Knowledge of customer behavior and effective online merchandising techniques.
- Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and brand building.
