**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **RFQ Preparation & Management** : Identify products to be procured and develop RFQ selects bidders, negotiates prices and quotations, and evaluates alternate suppliers.
- **Commercial Negotiations**: extensive cost/commercial analysis involving large number of SKU’s, brands and suppliers - local and international
- **Inventory Planning**: Analyse inventory reports and replenish stocks to maintain right stock levels across multiple locations
- **New Product Development**: - Assist the cross functional teams in developing new products - identifying new products and managing product data
- **Supplier Evaluation & Selection**: Identify new suppliers or review existing suppliers, Analyse, research, and recommend alternative sources of supply for usage and cost savings
- **Contract management** : Create and execute purchase contracts in line with the agreed budgets, including receiving and tracking of material with the aim to optimize quality, cost, and timely delivery

**Skills required**
- High proficiency in advanced Excel, MS Office and virtual tools
- Financial Analysis
- Effective verbal and written English communication
- Engineering Products knowledge preferred
- Commercial and Negotiation skills
- Engineering drawing and knowledge of parts process preferred.
- Knowledge of incoterms preferred
- Graduate or Postgraduate any specialisation with min 5 ~ 7 Years experience
- A dynamic professional with rich & extensive experience in Purchase Management, merchandising and supply chain with key focus on top line profitability while ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Should have worked in organizations dealing in large variety of purchase commodities, material components & both domestic and overseas.
- Timing - Must be able to work flexible in order to meet international time zones.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
