**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions for freshers and experienced accountants on advanced Tally features, including automation and reporting.
- Provide in-depth guidance on Tally's GST integration, inventory management, payroll processing, and financial analysis tools.
- Stay updated on the latest features of Tally software and integrate them into training programs.
- Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for all trainees.
- Collaborate with management to develop and refine training materials and course content.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and its advanced features.
- Prior experience in training or teaching Tally software.
- Proficiency in GST, Payroll, Inventory, and other financial modules within Tally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- A passion for teaching and helping others succeed in their careers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
