Description
- Respond quickly to the needs of the patient and provide first aid in case of emergency situation.
- Maintain vital signs regularly and record.
- Administer proper medications according to the doctors current prescription.
- Monitor blood sugar level and blood pressure level of the clients on a timely interval based on the condition s of the client.
- Help the patient to adapt to the hospital setting and provide a friendly atmosphere.
- Accompany the doctor in the rounds and provide information on medical and psychological evaluation of each patient.
- Prepare and maintain documents:

- Nurses work book, Medicine inward and out ward ,lab ,diabetic register etc.
- Consult psychiatrist and other behavioural health staffs in designing appropriate treatment plan for clients as a part of multidisciplinary tem work.
- Weekly renewal and updation of prescription s in the respective files.
- Shift work or on call rotation is part of the job.
- Ensure that the medical equipments are properly used and maintained efficiently.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.

Preferred Education

GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery), BSc Nursing, DGNM (Diploma in General Nursing and Mid Wifery).

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

- Palghat, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Nursing License (preferred)
