- Food and Beverages Captains/Associates_
- Job Summary:_ Provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests by leading and supporting our food and beverage service team.
- Responsibilities:_

‣ Lead and manage food and beverage service teams to ensure seamless operations

‣ Ensure high-quality food and beverage presentation and service

‣ Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and colleagues

‣ Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and waste

‣ Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Requirements:_

‣ _Experience:_ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage service

‣ _Qualification:_ Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field

‣ _Skills:_ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

‣ _Certifications:_ Food safety and handling certifications preferred
