**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Editing**: Transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos for various formats, such as digital ads, e-learning videos, short-form videos, corporate videos, promotional videos, commercials, and social media content.
- **Motion Graphics**: Develop and integrate basic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects to enrich video content.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with directors, DOP, and other team members to comprehend project requirements and produce videos that align with their vision and goals.
- **Post-Production**: Undertake tasks like color correction, audio editing, and incorporating special effects to elevate video quality.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain media files to ensure accurate labeling and storage of all assets.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Receive and act on input and feedback from team members and clients, implementing necessary adjustments to edits.
- **Quality Assurance**: Scrutinize final outputs to guarantee adherence to technical and quality standards before delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of basic motion graphics in Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- A passion for storytelling and a keen sense of visual aesthetics.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with advanced motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of color grading and sound design.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and post-production.
