Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and responsible Delivery Boys to join our team in Sohna. As a Delivery Boy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of orders to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver food orders from our partner restaurants to customers' specified locations within the designated area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers' locations.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanor during all interactions with customers.
- Verify and cross-check orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before delivery.
- Safely operate a bike/scooter to navigate through assigned delivery routes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving and maintain a clean driving record.
- Handle cash payments and return change accurately to customers, if applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter).
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order assignments and updates.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Follow delivery schedules and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Maintain accurate records of delivered orders and collect necessary documentation, if required.
- Assist in the packaging and preparation of orders, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and a two-wheeler vehicle (bike/scooter) in good working condition.
- Proficient in operating a smartphone and using navigation apps.
- Excellent knowledge of Sohna and surrounding areas to ensure efficient route planning.
- Strong time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying moderate loads.
- Prior experience in food delivery or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: From ₹9,000.00 per month
