- Complete ownership of the territory to deliver Business & Fundamentals in the account
- Building strong and sustainable Retailer relationships
- Joint business plans with top retailers
- Collaborating across the branch organization to deliver the key drivers of business
- Influencing & driving action basis strong analytical skills and data interpretation
- Bias for action for resolving retailer conflicts and issues
- Managing Team - motivating them and driving results via effective people management

Reports To ASM Reportees DSE - 6 to 8 Interacts with Internally Cashier, ITE, DB,LE & Branch Manager Interacts with Externally P&G AccountManager, Store Owners & Sub Distributors

Qualification UG/PG

Total Sales Experience 5Yrs & 3 yrs experience in team handling

Team Management Experience Managing a Team >3 years Preferred Background FMCG Sector
