Urgent opening for Service Advisory for Automobile company.
- To greet receiver and serve customer courteously with a smile
- To give customer the right advice & recommendation based on the vehicle service history
- To provide a well-calculated time of delivery & cost of repairs considering all operational factors
- To ensure that the customer VOC is translated into accurate required jobs
- To coordinate with JC for service after the customer prior approval on estimate only
- To inform customer about the additional jobs cost involved & proceed after prior approval only
- To follow up with parts manager for order parts receipt & keep the customer update about the status
- To ensure that all demanded jobs by customer are completed on time within estimated cost with best repair quality
- To assist the customer with quick billing & delivery
- To solicit customers feedback and suggestion for improvement and act upon them
- To exceed customer expectation and resolve queries
- To achieve the set business target in terms of parts selling & labour billing
- Taking repair estimation approval from customers.
- Daily interaction & conversation with customers.
- Following promise time delivery with no complaints..

Qualification: Diploma/ Degree or ITI in Automobile

Experience: 2+ years

Job Location: Kalyan

Immediate joiners required.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
