**Your Opportunity**
- Define and monitor metrics for continuous quality & process improvements.
- Represents team leadership and provides technical guidance and training to junior SDETs in the team.
- Take lead on the performance testing, upgrade/migration activities, POC of framework/tools for automation.

**Required skills/experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or a related discipline).
- 5+ years of experience as SDET/Developer.
- Expert level knowledge in one or more programming languages - Java, Python, JavaScript, Golang, Scala etc.
- Excellent grasp of frameworks like Rest assured, Selenium and Appium.
- Experience in working or testing with distributed architecture (eg. DynamoDB, Elastic Search, Kafka, Redis, etc..).
- Advanced knowledge on the Infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, AWS or any other cloud ecosystem.
