**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and students regarding courses and admissions.
- Explain program details, answer queries, and convince students to enroll.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and updates in CRM.
- Work towards achieving monthly conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with students through clear and respectful communication.

**Required Skills & Qualities**
- Good communication skills in **English & Hindi**.
- Strong convincing ability and a positive attitude.
- **Punctual, dedicated, and hardworking**.
- Ability to **handle pressure and work towards targets**.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).
