Coordinate with field executives for updates on daily progress.
- Interface with government officials, engineers, and department representatives.
- Monitor installation and commissioning activities on-site.
- Address and resolve on-site issues and report critical issues to the Project Manager.
- Maintain site logs, attendance, work photos, and progress trackers.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are followed.
- Familiarity with government department protocols Flexibility to travel and manage multiple sites.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong site supervision and reporting ability Problem-solving attitude for on-site issues
- Basic technical knowledge (related to civil, electrical, or instrumentation work)
- Ability to manage field staff and daily work schedules
