**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Contact delinquent customers to secure payments for overdue accounts related to two-wheeler loans.
- Implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquency rates and achieve collection targets.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement terms with customers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough investigations into delinquent accounts, identifying reasons for non-payment and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide regular updates and reports on collection activities, delinquency rates, and outstanding accounts to management.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and best practices in collections, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive customer information.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in collections, preferably in the financial sector with a focus on two-wheeler loans.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding collection targets and reducing delinquency rates.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
