**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Design and develop high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for various projects, including virtual worlds, AR/VR simulations, and digital assets.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure 3D designs are optimized for real-time performance in AR/VR environments.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating these into compelling 3D visualizations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D design, AR/VR technologies, and related software tools.
- Participate in the creative brainstorming process, contributing innovative ideas for new projects.
- Ensure all 3D designs meet the technical and aesthetic standards of the company.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior 3D designers and interns.
- Coordinate with the project management team to meet deadlines and adhere to budget constraints.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Animation, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in 3D design, preferably in a technology-focused company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D art and design skills.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar.
- Experience with AR/VR development platforms, such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Excellent understanding of color, texture, and light as it relates to 3D environments and objects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
