2-4 years of work experience in Marketing/ Design environment.

**Mandatory Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ Certificate/ Course in Fine Arts, Visual Design, Graphic Design or related field.
- Ability to strategize and build brand identity of the highest rank.
- Experience in delivering high quality motion graphic/animation videos.
- Ability to create original designs and Advanced Photoshop and illustration skills.
- Superior understanding of color, design, composition and typography.
- Strong conceptualization and ideation abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Animate).
- Design user stories, wireframes and storyboards.
- Adequate understanding of marketing trends and mediums.
- Capacity to make sound decisions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Sound understanding of creative briefs and deliverables
- Willingness to learn and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
