Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deal.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Prepare the BOQ based on Drawings, SOR and market analysis.
- Real time estimation based on time and cost.
- Prepare running account bills
- Calculating and finding out the marginal lose or profit, with actual and real time estimation.
- Generating complete reports
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more. when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Preparation of Tender submission, contracts and other documentation.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Ability to use your initiatives.
- B.Tech Civil Engineering with 3 years of Experience in relevant field.
- Immediate joineers preferred.
- Communication skills,problem solving skills,Technical Skills,Time Management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
