**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential business partners and individuals who can benefit from enhanced visibility on our classified ads listing website.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities using our CRM system.
- Educate clients on the advantages of opting for premium or enhanced features, tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to refine your sales approach.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification of 12th grade or equivalent.
- Track record in sales will be an advantage, preferably in the advertising or online marketing sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-driven environment.
- Adept at building and nurturing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving market trends and provide feedback to improve our offerings.

**Must have**:

- Access to computer/laptop/multimedia cellphone with access to MS office (Word and Excel)
