**Job Title**: Marine Superitendent ( Hot Works)
**Location**: United Arab Emirates
**Experience Required**: 5+ years experience, specifically in steel fabrication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate steel fabrication projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues to maintain timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets, resource allocation, and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Management or related field.
- Proven track record of managing steel fabrication projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with specific tools/software, e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project.
- Knowledge of relevant industry codes and safety standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
