Graphics Designer

**Position Overview**:
We’re seeking a talented **Graphic Designer** with a strong portfolio and a keen eye for detail to bring bold, creative ideas to life. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design compelling visual content that supports our brand’s marketing and communication goals. From digital advertising to product packaging, you will be responsible for creating visually striking and user-centered designs that tell our brand story across all touchpoints.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Identity Design**: Craft innovative designs that align with the brand’s voice and visual style, ensuring consistency across all platforms (website, social media, print materials, etc.).
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to bring concepts to life. Provide creative direction and graphic support for content strategies.
- **UI/UX Design**: Create user-friendly and aesthetically appealing designs for websites, mobile apps, and landing pages, working in tandem with developers to ensure seamless user experiences.
- **Visual Storytelling**: Develop designs that communicate key messages and create memorable experiences for our audience.
- **Adaptability**: Develop designs for various platforms, ensuring that the visuals are optimized for different devices, screen sizes, and mediums.
- **Feedback and Revisions**: Iterate on designs based on internal feedback, making adjustments and refinements while maintaining a high level of creativity and professionalism.
- **Project Management**: Organize and manage design projects efficiently, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques, and proactively bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: 0-3 years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects (digital, print, branding)./_**Freshers can also APPLY.**_
- **Expert in Design Tools**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), Figma, and other design tools.
- **Strong Design Sense**: A keen eye for typography, color theory, layout, and attention to detail.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to generate unique design concepts that challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of conventional design.
- **UI/UX Knowledge**: Experience designing digital experiences that are user-centric and visually engaging.
- **Adaptability & Time Management**: Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and adjusting to shifting priorities and deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Motion Graphics Experience**: Familiarity with creating animations or video content is a plus.
- **Web Design/Development Knowledge**: Experience with web design or front-end development (HTML, CSS) is advantageous.
- **Photography Skills**: Experience in taking or editing photos for design projects.
- **3D Design**: Experience with 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
