Qsr Cashier

Reputed Company requires QSR Cashier (Quick Service Restaurant Cashier)

**Responsiblity**:
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, prompt, and courteous service.
Assist customers in placing orders, answer their questions, and provide menu recommendations.
Receive and process payments for customer orders, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
Accurately calculate and provide change to customers.
Maintain the integrity and security of cash drawer and ensure accurate balancing at the end of each shift.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Verify the accuracy of prepared food items before handing them to customers.
Package take-out orders efficiently and ensure order accuracy.
Suggest additional items, promotions, or upgrades to customers to enhance their dining experience and increase sales.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including the counter, POS system, and surrounding workstations.
Ensure adequate supplies of receipts, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items at the cashier station.
Follow all food safety, health, and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.

**Requirement**:
High school diploma or 10th or 12th Pass

Prior cashier or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Required Education**: 10th &12th Pass
