**LEPRA Society** is a pan-India health and development organization working for the people affected by Leprosy and other neglected diseases to transform their lives and overcome poverty, discrimination and disability. LEPRA endeavors to diagnose, facilitate treatment to those affected and help them to rehabilitate into the mainstream of the society. LEPRA works in collaborations with the Government and other funding agencies to reach into most inaccessible villages of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Delhi, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Odisha and Madhya Pradesh states.

**About Project**: Urban Eye Health (UEH) and Rural Eye Health (REH) project is proposed to be implemented in Patna, Arwal, Bhagalpur, Samastipur, Begusarai, Jehanabad, Purne, Katihar, Siwan, Nawada and Khagadiya districts of Bihar targeting rural and Urban poor population. Goal of the project is to reduce the national prevalence of blindness by focusing on universal coverage of (eye) health services in rural communities.

***Location: Patna**

**What you would do**:

- Screaming work for Defective Eye Care
- Referring the patients to UPHC
- Report writing ability
- Conducting outreach camps in the community at private or government facility.
- Involve in outreach activity and create awareness on cataract at community level
- Prepare MPR and field-based documentation and assist in case study.

Qualifications and Experience required:

- Intermediate / graduation from a recognized university
- Should be able to speak and write English and Hindi
- Preferred a minimum one year of experience in eye care services

**Salary: Rs.13,500/- (CTC) per month**
