**Job Title: Student Visa Counsellor**

**Work Experience: 4+** Years as study visa counselor or in Overseas Education industry.

**Education**:Master or Graduate Degree

**Work Mode**: Work from Office (6 days working)

**Job Location**: Chandigarh

**Salary**: Negotiable

1. Provide comprehensive visa consultation to clients seeking tourist visas, Study visa, spouse open work permit, concurrent visa for Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

2. In-depth knowledge of possibilities of getting offer letter from college/university on the basis of evaluating clients' documents.

3. Complete knowledge of documents required for various types of visa.

6. Identify sales opportunities, develop / implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales target.

9. Conduct thorough case analysis and review to ensure accurate and complete documents submitted in college/University and Embassy.

10. Maintain client records and documentation in a systematic and confidential manner.

12. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and enhance service delivery.

13. Evaluate results based on prospect generation, conversions and targets achieved.

14. Monitor the sales performance of the team on a weekly/monthly basis.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- 1. Must previous experience in visa counselling, preferably in Canada, The UK, The USA and Australia for Student Visa, tourist visas, spouse open work permit and concurrent visa.

2. Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in similar position.

3. Preferred female, married and local.

4. Proven experience in a sales management role with managing a team of atleast 2/3 employees.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

8. Exceptional customer service skills, with a client-centric approach and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

10. High ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
