**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Working with the Social Media Manager and Copywriter to discuss project objectives and understand deadlines.
- Bringing together photos, text, and other assets to design a variety of print materials, from social media cards to promo creatives that meet or exceed expectations and deadlines.
- Create/Edit basic videos for Social Media communication using templates or tools.
- Communicating progress on projects to supervisors.
- Creating digital advertisements for social media and if required, the website.
- Designing logos.
- Engaging illustrators, animators, and photographers for specific projects providing direction, and overseeing the successful completion of the work (for both in-house and contracted).
- Working as an integral part of a team involving writers, photographers, editors, web and social media professionals, and production specialists to create consistently high-quality materials.
- Staying up to date on emerging design concepts, software, and production technologies.

- Consistency and timely delivery of tasks

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or comparable field is required.
- A collaborative and creative approach.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail.
- An eye for strong photos and other visual elements.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate well.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator is a must.
- Experience in Adobe Aftereffects and Premier Pro is a plus.
- Experience in online tools such as Canva and Invideo is preferable.

**Work Location**: SRMIST, Kattankulathur, Chennai

**Shift Timings**: 8AM to 4 PM

**Working Days per week**: 6 (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
