**Role Overview**:
As part of the Founder’s Office, you will play a key role in strategy, execution, and innovation across various functions, including product launches, sales, marketing, and operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Market & Trend Research
Identify the latest trends in sweets, savories, wedding gifting, and festive gifting, and assist in launching innovative collections at Saanwara.
2. Sales & Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute data-driven sales and marketing plans to expand brand presence and revenue.
3. New Product & Collection Launches
Work with the team to curate and launch exclusive gifting collections tailored for festivals, weddings, and special occasions.
4. Business Operations & Expansion
Support the Founder in key business functions, from factory operations to sales growth strategies.
5. Competitive & Industry Analysis
Study the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and keep Saanwara ahead in the market.
6. Cross-Functional Execution
Collaborate across departments to execute high-impact projects and drive brand success.

**Compensation**:
