The
**Surface Commercial Product Marketing Manager** is part of the Surface Business Group within the Marketing & Operations (M&O) team and works collaboratively with the other Product Marketing Managers in driving attainment of the billed revenue and unit targets, profitably, through marketing activities, through-partner/direct sales programs and incentives.
**Responsibilities**:
**Surface Commercial PMM within the Marketing & Operations (M&O) Division for the Microsoft India Area**:
You are responsible for the development of the whole Surface devices portfolio in India (including but not limited to Surface Pro, Surface Laptop, Surface Go, Surface Laptop Studio, Surface Hub) for commercial businesses.
- You support the Microsoft end customers divisions on Surface Commercial sales growth
- You are the spokesperson of the entire Surface portfolio towards IT audiences, Business Decision Makers, and market influencers
- You orchestrate the launches of new products
- You follow the key business KPIs on revenue, market share, adoption, and awareness of the Surface brand in India
- You create local offers and the development of co-marketing partnerships

- Driving a Surface Connected marketing plan & Go-To-Market which enable organizations to work/learn remotely whilst increasing productivity
- Support partners and build capabilities to sustain the channel over the long-term
- Grow our customer base by solution selling and marketing with Microsoft 365 in focus industries
- Optimize the portfolio to meet customer needs in the new post-COVID-19 environment
- Enable our future growth by maturing our business operations through Operational Excellence
**Qualifications**:
**Your profile**:
- More than 10 years of marketing experience in Hardware (Devices) and Productivity/Work based Software and solutions (Cloud)
- You have a good command of public speaking
- You are able to establish partnerships with high-level contacts and you know how to address business issues
- You have demonstrated in the past a strong capacity to take up challenges, an enterprising spirit and a strong culture of customer and partner satisfaction.
- You are curious, creative and have the will to be a privileged interlocutor of decision-makers

**Education**:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) preferred, MSC/MBA a plus, relevant fields of study include Marketing, Business, Computer Science and/or equivalent experience
