Role Introduction

Owing to our substantial growth plans we are desirous of recruiting Technical Consultants, who will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition activities, involving senior management search mandates, for our top-ranking Global clients.

Job Responsibility and Duties

Ø Write And Post Technical Job Description

Ø Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs

Ø Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals

Ø Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

Knowledge/Skills Required

Ø Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)Ø Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesØ Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working Hours

This role requires you to work 5 days a week from Mon to Fri for 9:15 hours a day. The Shift Timing is from 06:30pm -03:30am
