**Work Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Under the leadership of renowned sexologist Dr. Arora, we focus on a holistic, evidence-based approach to treat a wide range of psychological, psychosexual, and relationship-based challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and formulate accurate diagnoses.
- Treat patients dealing with relationship conflicts, marital issues, sexual dysfunctions, anxiety, depression, and other psychological disorders.
- Provide therapy sessions, including individual, couple, and family therapy as appropriate.
- Design and monitor individualized treatment plans using a combination of psychotherapy, behavioral therapy, and medication.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including sexologists, psychologists, and general physicians to ensure holistic patient care.
- Offer guidance and supervision to junior staff and clinical interns.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic health records.
- Participate in case discussions, research initiatives, and continuous education.

**Required Qualifications**:

- MD (Psychiatry) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2-4 years of clinical experience post qualification, preferably with a focus on relationship, marital, or psychosexual cases.
- Strong understanding of various psychiatric therapies, especially those relevant to relationship and behavioral challenges.

**Note**:
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
