**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed assessment plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and specifications of each market/sector and disciplines.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology and software testing methodologies.
- Assess skills of team, prepare and develop skill enhancement programs and deliver training to enhance productivity and efficiency of staff using BIM.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in conducting BIM assessments or training with a focus on BIM software.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM softwares latest versions (AutoDesk and Bentley)
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
