As a Hindi & Marathi Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment that fosters the development of language skills in Hindi and Marathi. Your primary duties will include:

- Planning and delivering lessons that adhere to the curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Employing a variety of instructional strategies and resources to facilitate language acquisition, including interactive activities, multimedia tools, and cultural immersion experiences.
- Assessing student progress through regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback to support their language development.
- Collaborating with colleagues to integrate Hindi and Marathi language instruction across the curriculum and promote interdisciplinary learning.
- Creating and maintaining a supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to language learning and cultural exploration.
- Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and enriching educational experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Marathi, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Hindi and/or Marathi language teacher in a formal educational setting.
- Strong proficiency in Hindi and Marathi, both written and spoken, with a deep understanding of language structure, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Knowledge of language teaching methodologies, instructional techniques, and assessment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students and create a positive learning environment.
- Cultural competence and sensitivity to promote an inclusive classroom environment that respects and celebrates diversity.
- Flexibility, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching languages and engaging students in meaningful language learning experiences.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Teaching certification or licensure in Hindi, Marathi, or a related field.
- Experience teaching Hindi and Marathi language and culture to non-native speakers.
- Familiarity with language acquisition theories and best practices in language teaching.
- Proficiency in using technology for language instruction, including language learning software and digital resources.
