**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inventory**: Receive, store, and organize inventory
- **Stock levels**: Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels
- **Ordering**: Order new products and follow up on deliveries
- **Staff**: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees
- **Sales**: Meet sales goals and develop strategies to grow sales
- **Customer service**: Provide excellent customer service and address complaints
- **Store appearance**: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- **Security**: Implement and enforce security measures to prevent theft, fraud, and other losses
- **Compliance**: Ensure the store complies with all relevant laws and regulations
