Safety Trainer

Developed & Improve training procedures customized for SRF Dahej for both contract and permanent employees.
- Training need identifications of individuals ones in year for SRF employees.
- Developing and improving Training modules as per site requirement, approximate 50 EHSS modules.
- Developing Toolbox training modules for employees and contractor manpower for different-different activities in engineering function.
- Develop instructor competence (Train the trainer trainings).
- Delivery of training - priorities training deliveries, tracking of individuals training, checking training effectiveness, revision of training modules as and when system changes.
- Impart Group Induction training (New employee induction training as per statutory requirement)
- Training need analysis - assessment of knowledge, review needs as per roles, refresher training.
- Training system evaluation Overdue training, action to improve modules, identify system improvement points during training.
- Documentation of Training.
- Imparting New Employee Safety Trainings.
- Deliver 10-12 training session / month, this includes our employee & Contract workers.
- Impart group induction training to employees and contractor employees.
- New employee induction training as per statutory & site requirement.
- Responsible to take rounds in factory premises and use your experience to identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions also. Frequency of site round should be adjusted as per training planner. In case of high potential or serious observations you can directly interact/ discuss with concerned plant manager / executive to address it immediately or to communicate gravity of consequences.
- Improving compliance of work permit system and practices associated with at project site and in running plants.

**Salary**: ₹58,333.33 - ₹83,333.33 per month
