**_4D (Senior Manager), Source to Pay_**

**_ _**

**_The Sourcing Senior Manager will lead the execution of Sourcing projects to enable the delivery of defined annual savings targets. These projects will deliver advantage for the Client business through cost savings, lifecycle value generation, demand management, innovation and reducing risk within the supply chain._**

**_ _**

**_The projects will be delivered globally or locally in accordance with the Category Strategy and will demonstrate the full range of supply and demand-side levers. Sourcing knowledge will be applied in the execution of these plans across all category areas, whilst ensuring the risks associated with the purchase of goods and services are mitigated commercially, contractually, and operationally._**

**_The Sourcing Senior Manager will assist in the execution of eSourcing and for delivering incremental value to the business through eAuctions where needed._**

**_ _**

**_The role will likely work across a variety of categories so will need to demonstrate a broad range of Indirect category knowledge and be able to work dynamically and flexibly with a broad range of SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) across the Client business._**

**_ _**

**_The role holder will work with a variety of business partners within the Client retained organization, spanning business operations, procurement and supply chain managers, this will require proactive engagement by the role holder to understand business requirements and ensure a definitive sourcing strategy is quickly established and delivered to within the agreed contractual SLAs and critical metrics._**

**_ _**

**_Lastly, the role holder will be required to demonstrate professional and concise written and verbal communications in the required Country Language (English) and have the ability to build effective working relationships with a range of partners across the Client organization._**

**_Responsibilities_**:
**_ _**

**_Ability to lead senior partners (Head of Procurement and their teams) as well as C-Suite minus one (1) internal business partners to gain their confidence and trust quickly and to establish clear communication channels and ensure business requirements are fully understood by the Genpact buying team_**

**_ _**
**_Sourcing of the Indirect Spend categories with spend range within Client Sourcing Triage Thresholds. Category experience needed; IT (Software, Hardware, Networks & Infrastructure, Data Centre) Telco, Marketing, HR Services, Professional Services, MRO, Travel, CRE, Facilities Management and Banking Operations_**

**_Drafting and Negotiating contracts; drive the preparation of proposal documents, statement of works (SOWs), quotations and competitive bids with pertinent specifications, terms and conditions _**

**_Use appropriate pre-approved legal templates to produce NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), termination agreements and contract amendments/renewals_**

**_Supplier evaluation, selection, and set-up of ongoing performance management; Rate and lead performance of suppliers, ensure supplier performance of all contracts_**

**_To liaise with the business stakeholders to understand their requirements and close them in the given time frame_**

**_Perform spend & market analysis in order to identify the best available market price for the ongoing project/service_**

**_ _**
**_MS Excel capability and ability to do build cost and saving models with multiple “What If” scenarios_**

**_ _**
**_Responsible for savings targets, timely deliveries, and Customer Happiness within the contractual SLAs/KPIs_**

**_ _**
**_Participate periodically in performance reviews with Global Category managers and Regional Heads of Procurement and their sourcing managers, to ensure strategies are aligned and pipeline activity is proceeding_**

**_Carry out all reporting requirements accurately and within the specified time scales as needed_**

**_ _**
**_Develop and drive effective relationships with suppliers, Coordinate, review and respond to supplier inquiries, protests and appeals_**

**_ _**
**_Agree to sourcing plans and set expectations for effective value delivery_**

**_Help business Partners understand and engage with the Client’s procurement processes & systems_**

**_Qualifications_**:
