**Data Entry Executive 0-2yr**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy **Data Entry Executive**to update and maintain information in our databases and systems. Your primary responsibility will be to input accurate and timely data, ensuring consistency and confidentiality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Review data for errors or deficiencies, correct incompatibilities
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
- Generate reports and perform basic analysis if required
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and data systems
- Respond to queries regarding entered data as needed

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of **MS Excel / Google Sheets**:

- Typing speed of **35-45 WPM** with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma** in any stream
- Freshers are welcome
- Prior experience/internship in data entry is a plus (not mandatory)
