**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide information on tour packages, visa processing, travel insurance, and other services
- Handle travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport, tours) using reservation systems or travel platforms
- Prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel documents
- Maintain accurate client records and update the database
- Coordinate with suppliers, agents, and service providers
- Manage office files, stationery, and general administrative duties
- Assist with visa documentation and passport handling (if applicable)
- Support the sales and marketing team in promotions and campaigns
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and timely responses

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality)
- Prior experience in a travel agency or tourism office is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and reservation software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with attention to detail
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

**Work Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (may vary based on client needs or travel seasons)
- Occasional weekends or overtime during peak travel periods

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
