NextGen Global Services Pvt. Ltd. Is looking for a visionary **UI/UX designer** who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets and platforms like Website and Application. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

**Position**: UI/UX Designer

**Experience**: Minimum 3 Years

**Commencement**: Immediately

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Work Hours**: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (5 Days Working)

**Location**: Saket, Delhi

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Producing high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, visual and graphic designs, User flow diagrams, and storyboards.
- Build and design user interface elements like navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, & layouts with appealing color combinations.
- Creating dynamic hero sections, effective CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Collaborating with the developing team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behavior.
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
- Expert in creating unique Logo Designing.

**Skills We Seek in You**:
Necessary Skills and Qualification required for UI/UX Designer are:

- **Experience** - _**2-3 years**_ of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Expertise in Logo Designing will be preferred.
- Must have a portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Familiarity with design software, including _**Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision.**_
- Should have extensive knowledge of heuristic evaluation and design thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (required)

Ability to Commute:
