Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and concept-driven lectures for JEE and NEET aspirants.
- Design and update curriculum, lesson plans, and study materials aligned with the latest exam patterns.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions, tests, and performance reviews.
- Develop and evaluate high-quality practice questions, mock tests, and assignments.
- Track student progress and provide personalized academic guidance.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to maintain academic excellence.
- Stay updated with changes in exam patterns, syllabus, and teaching methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field (B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech).
- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in JEE/NEET coaching institutes.
- Strong conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and classroom management abilities.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms is a plus.
- Passion for mentoring and motivating students.

Preferred Experience
- Prior experience at reputed coaching institutes (e.g., FIITJEE, Aakash, Allen, Resonance).
- Proven success stories of students achieving top ranks under your guidance.
- Experience in content creation for online courses or test series.
