_**Min 4-8 years of marketing & communication experience with Agency as Client Servicing role with Marketing/Business focused degree.**_
**Roles and Responsibilities**
**- **Build and maintain excellent client and partner relationships
- Facilitate communication and workflow within our internal team for seamless collaboration
- Actively listen to each client in order to gain perfect understanding of their needs and business objectives
- Help develop strategic media plans that provide win-win solutions for the client and the agency and then oversee the execution of that plan
- Pitch concepts, programs and summarize results during client meetings
- Identify revenue opportunities within agency accounts and develop business by onboarding new clients as per assigned targets
- Create account strategies, leading projects from conception to final execution
- Resolve problems by investigating the presented issues, consulting with other departments and/or researching under the specific client’s account
- Properly manage clients’ expectations and follow through on commitments
- Present at in-person client meetings and on zoom calls
- Familiarity with media plans and the media planning process, management of analytics reporting and ensuring readiness for client review.
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
