**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and preparation of architectural designs and plans.
- Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp.
- Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to ensure design accuracy and project timelines.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Review designs and ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards.
- Contribute to concept development and brainstorming sessions.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Diploma in Architectural Assistantship.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an architectural role.
- Proficiency in **SketchUp** is mandatory.
- Knowledge of other architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit) is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
