
Sales Executive/property Advisor

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
2. Actively promote and sell MD PROPERTIES' real estate properties to prospective buyers.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
4. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding property prices, mortgage options, and market conditions.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
6. Attend property viewings and accompany clients during the decision-making process.
7. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting revenue targets.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
9. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
10. Participate in company events, exhibitions, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry will be preferred.
2. Strong understanding of real estate market trends and customer behavior.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Knowledge of local real estate regulations and laws.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
