**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and execute digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Coordinate with the creative/design team for digital content, banners, and promotional videos
- Handle SEO (on-page & off-page) and SEM to improve website rankings and organic traffic
- Monitor and maintain the company website, ensuring updated product listings and branding
- Monitor digital analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and report performance metrics
- Engage in social media strategy, calendar creation, and daily post updates
- Manage online listings and presence across B2B platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
- Identify new trends in digital marketing and evaluate new technologies/tools
- Coordinate with sales and product teams for marketing support materials

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any relevant field
- 6 months to 5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (preferably in the **tiles or building material industry**)
- Strong creative thinking and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Proficiency in digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus
- Familiarity with B2B marketing and lead nurturing
- Basic knowledge of HTML/WordPress would be an advantage

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
