As a Sales Executive at Sabhan Furniture, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting suitable furniture solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will drive sales, maintain showroom displays, and manage customer inquiries to achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Understand customer preferences and requirements to recommend suitable furniture options.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and available promotions.
- **Sales Management**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Prepare sales quotations and handle invoicing processes.
- Manage customer orders and ensure timely follow-up for pending payments or queries.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products available in the showroom.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, product features, and furniture trends.
- **Showroom Maintenance**:

- Ensure that the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist in setting up furniture displays in alignment with company guidelines and marketing promotions.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a smooth after-sales experience, including handling returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in monitoring stock levels and placing orders for new products as needed.
- Maintain proper records of sales, stock movements, and returns.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Participate in showroom promotions, sales campaigns, and events.
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies to drive footfall and enhance customer engagement.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with branch managers, marketing teams, and other staff to ensure seamless operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
