**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **English Language Instruction**: Develop and deliver lessons to improve students' English speaking, reading, and writing skills. Use engaging activities, stories, and exercises to make learning interactive and fun.
- **Individualized Support**: Assess each student’s learning level and tailor instruction to meet their needs, offering extra support and resources where necessary.
- **Mentorship and Guidance**: Act as a mentor, helping students build self-confidence and encouraging their interests and aspirations.
- **Progress Tracking**: Maintain records of each student’s progress in English and computer skills, and provide feedback to help them improve.
- **Resource Management**: Create and organize teaching materials, ensuring they are accessible and engaging for children.
- **Safety and Wellbeing**: Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, English, or a related field.
- **Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to teach core functions and internet navigation.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with children.
- Ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or working with children, especially in a social work or community setting, is highly preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online educational resources and basic internet skills.
