**PRIOR EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH A K-12 SCHOOL IS NECESSARY**

The counselor's responsibilities include:
**Student Recruitment**: Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of students. This may involve attending recruitment events, visiting feeder schools, and establishing partnerships with community organizations to promote the school.

**Application Evaluation**: Assess the suitability based on established admission criteria and the school's mission and values.

**Interviews and Assessments**: Conduct interviews, individual or group, with prospective students and their families to assess their interests, goals, and fit with the school's educational program. Administer and evaluate assessments or entrance exams as necessary.

**Counseling and Guidance**: Provide guidance and support to prospective students and families throughout the admission process. Address their questions, concerns, and provide information about the school's academic programs, extracurricular activities, financial aid, and other relevant aspects.

**Events and Information Sessions**: Organize and participate in admission events, such as open houses, information sessions, and orientations.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with school head, administrators, faculty, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between the admission process and the school's mission, academic goals, and strategic initiatives.

**Enrollment Management**: Maintain accurate records of applicant data, track admission statistics, and generate reports as needed.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
