**Job Context & Major Challenges**:
UltraTech Cement Limited Unit '“ Sonar Bangla Cement Works is Grinding Unit with an installed capacity to produce 3.6 MTPA. The plant consists of 2 Cement mills, One roller press. Unit was commissioned in the year 2013. Further slag mill is under construction and on commissioning of the same the production capacity will be enhanced to 4.2 MTPA of cement.

Job Context
As the Safety Manager in the cement industry, my role involves ensuring safety through effective policies, training, and risk management in a high-risk, 24/7 operational environment with a diverse workforce.
