Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical is recruiting for Executive - Strategy & Business Transformation role, located in Mumbai.

The position is that of an individual contributor and the incumbent will be responsible for supporting strategy and business transformation projects, for Janssen India.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy
- Support analytics for various decision-making processes
- Assess market trends and competitors, identifying threats and opportunities
- Present findings, projections and recommended actions
- Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects
- Monitoring progress on work projects and sharing regular updates with stakeholders
- Work on projects pertaining to digital and business transformation in order for organization to evolve with changing market dynamics
- Support various miscellaneous projects around key organizational data metrics, new product planning, new strategic initiatives, commercial excellence and effectiveness

**Qualifications** Education**:

- MBA is preferred

**Experience and Skills**:

- 12+ months of relevant experience in pharmaceuticals industry would be preferred
- Basic understanding of strategy, business development, digital transformation, data analytics would be required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding research and analytical abilities
- Project management skills
